Now we are in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is really really hot here. My mom said that it is over 103 degrees out! First we went to the Bayon Temple. This temple was really cool because it has lots of faces of Buddha carved into the rock. There are 216 faces. This temple was built 900 years ago! My dad said that we are really lucky to be able to walk around it and even touch the rock. He said that in a few years, they probably will rope off the area and make you look from far away.
The carvings are pretty here. The girls carved into the rock are called "Apsaras" which is a type of dancer.
